The rules, in plain English

In France, the tertiary sector energy-saving scheme applies to commercial buildings, or parts of buildings, larger than 1,000 m². It requires owners and occupiers to cut final energy consumption compared with a reference year:

Consumption must be reported every year on OPERAT, the platform run by ADEME, the French environment agency. We prepare the reports and the supporting documents with you.
